• Charlotte is super organised and efficient.  She remained one step ahead of all tradespeople throughout the project.  She knows everyone and everything ... from the best builders, plumbers, electricians, through to where to buy the most stunning pieces and accessories. Her knowledge is vast and there’s nothing she hasn’t dealt with before - interiors, gardens, structural and building issues - she’s a one stop shop - and lovely with it!

• We appointed Charlotte during the course of 2015 to help us with the design and project management of the renovation of our ground floor (kitchen, playroom, front hallway and back garden area), and a child’s bedroom.  As part of this project, Charlotte co-ordinated the interior design/decor; tendered the building project on our behalf and helped us to selected a contractor; and oversaw the design of a large new kitchen.  Charlotte took real care to understand our wishes, tastes and constraints and was extremely responsive to these.  In relation to design and decor choices, she was very solution-driven, always providing us with a range of options across our budget and patiently responding if the brief subtly changed, as it inevitably sometimes did.  Her suggestions were always practical, too, which was an important aspect for us. Charlotte was conscious to strike the right balance between responding to our instinctive tastes whilst still sometimes prompting us to consider other ideas - she achieved this balance brilliantly.  Charlotte skilfully managed the contractor and oversaw the building project, keeping a close eye on costs and timeframe and - crucially - co-ordinating the purchase and delivery of things which were required to keep the project on track.  Charlotte also liaised very effectively on our behalf with the local conservation body, to ensure that our project adhered to the relevant rules with the result that it was relatively painless to get it signed off.  Above all, we found her to be a highly responsive, efficient co-ordinator of what turned out to be a quite complex project.  Her designs were sensitive to the style/period of the house without being obvious. She is very much a completer-finisher and likes to see the job done! We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend her.

• Charlotte Heather is truly talented. The title Interior designer does not cover all her skills. I needed ideas to transform a rather plain flat into a comfortable, bright, welcoming home. She listened very carefully to me and my needs and desires. I painted a picture of how I to feel when I would walk in the door, and the practical requirements as well as the budget.

      She thought about it, went away and then returned with the most exciting plans and drawings. We went to furniture shops to try out different styles. We played with colours and textiles.            And then she formulated a plan to put everything in place and liaised with the decorators.

      The result was on time, in budget and exceeded my expectations I felt truly understood and in the hands of a consummate professional.

• We all love the new spaces which Charlotte has created for us. With her vast knowledge of suppliers (both international and more local), there is really no need to trawl round the shops anymore.
